Philip and Heather Bench serve as a peer mentors for families exploring adoption, in the adoption and/or foster parenting process and for families after the process is complete.  Adoptive parents of children from China, Philip and Heather draw from their experiences as dad and mom to four very active children. In addition, Philip and Heather frequently attend adoption related seminars and summits to keep up-to-date on the latest news, challenges and opportunities for families pursuing adoption and foster care.
